Step 1: Primary Municipal Nozzles
Includes 3/4", 1", 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" nozzles. The first nozzles used to clean stoppages and blockages within large
municipal lines and level out piles of debris. Typically used to clean pipes from 6 inches and above.
They are categorized into three steps and clean most effectively when used in our recommended series.
A smooth, streamlined nozzle designed to penetrate and clear blockages.
It is perfect for pipes with steeper grades and has replaceable carbide inserts for long service life.
Also considered a Secondary & Tertiary Nozzle
A heavy duty nozzle designed for mainline work in 8" or larger pipe.
The 6 rear jets at 18 degrees are angled to flush and penetrate in the same pass.
It can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 6 to 18 inches.
Used to tackle root fibers, hard grease and other blockages. It is designed with drilled rear jets for streamlined penetration and comes with a variety of front jet styles. It can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 6 to 18 inches.
A popular mainline nozzle used for sweeping 6-18" pipe. It is designed with laminar flow jets to produce straight streams for maximum flow efficiency. The missile shape design and smooth exterior of this nozzle allows it to create a path for large flushing nozzles or to penetrate hair masses, root masses, hard grease, sand and gravel. It is manufactured from alloy steel, which is then plated and heat treated for long service life.
Extra weight allows this nozzle to sit on the pipe bottom and clear settled obstructions, such as soap and grease deposits. It is used to create a center path for a flushing nozzle in severe buildup situations, saving water and time. The Ultimate Penetrator when used in combination with our rotating nozzles, it will do 90% of the work necessary to restore proper flow to sanitary sewer lines. Equipped with replaceable carbide inserts for long service life eliminating the need to buy multiple nozzles in the future.
The 3/4" Ultimate Penetrator can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 6 to 12 inches.
The 1", 1 1/4" & 1-1/2" Ultimate Penetrator can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 6 to 30 inches.
A bullet-style, heavy-duty nozzle for mainline work used to break up obstructions. It has been engineered to stay on the bottom of the pipe. The water jets on this nozzle have replaceable carbide inserts for long service life.
The 1" Super Grenade Penetrator Nozzle can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 6 to 30 inches. 1" & 1 1/4" Nozzles Uses carbide insert #C-13. *Flow straightener is available for this insert.
The 3/4" Super Grenade Penetrator Nozzle can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 6 to 12 inches. 3/4" Nozzle Uses carbide insert #SC-12. *Flow straightener is not available for this insert.
A great front penetrating nozzle for boring through blockages or blocked lines. Its streamline shape helps it to avoid hangups on offset joints and is easily retracted from sewer lines. It is crafted from heat treated alloy steel for durability, has yellow zinc plating for corrosion resistance and contains replaceable carbide inserts for long service life.
The 3/4" Tristar Chisel suggested pipe size is from 6 to 12 inches.
The 1" Tristar Chisel suggested pipe size is from 6 to 30 inches.
Step 2: Secondary Municipal Nozzles
These nozzles have a wider angle than Primary Municipal Nozzles and are designed to
flush out the debris from the pipe bottom.
They are not designed to clean the entire circumference of the pipe.
A heavy duty, multipurpose nozzle designed to clear sludge, mud and debris from the pipe bottom. It has been proven to outperform most heavy duty sand and sludge nozzles on the market and can clean pipes as large as 36". It has water jets with replaceable carbide inserts for long service life. The 3/4" Cobia® Nozzle can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 6 to 18 inches.
The 1" & 1 1/4" Cobia® Nozzle can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 6 to 36 inches. *Flow straightener is available for this insert.
A sweep steel skid nozzle designed to flush mid to large size pipe. It is pressure-welded with a heat-treated spring steel skid wire which allows it to last for many years. Rear jets with replaceable carbide inserts and flow straighteners are set at optimum impact angles to guarantee performance and long service life. It can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 6 to 12 inches. *Flow straightener is available for this insert.
Also considered a Tertiary Nozzle
A cleaning nozzle which uses different jet angles for a more efficient scrubbing action. This cleaning nozzle is mostly used for penetrating hard soap, grease plugs or root masses. It is made of tool-quality, wear-resistant materials for a longer life. While this nozzle can't be retooled, it is a great nozzle for the user on a budget. It can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 6 to 18 inches.
Also considered a Tertiary Nozzle
A light, economical nozzle machined from aluminum alloy. It is engineered to ride on top of debris to get up a line quickly to speed up the cleaning process. It is great for graded pipes. It can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 6 to 18 inches.
A Sand & Sludge Nozzle with twelve triple degree rear jets (10°/17°/24°). It is machined from aluminum alloy and is engineered to sweep 6" and larger pipes. The rear jets have replaceable carbide inserts for long service life.
It can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 6 to 18 inches.
*Flow straightener is available for this insert
Also considered Tertiary Nozzles
A sweep steel skid nozzle designed to flush mid-to large size pipe. It is pressure-welded with a heat-treated spring steel skid wire which allows it to last for many years. Rear jets with replaceable carbide inserts and flow straighteners are set at optimum impact angles to guarantee performance and long service life.
It can be used to clean pipe sizes ranging from 8 to 24 inches.
*Flow straightener is available for this insert.
Also considered a Tertiary Nozzle
Outperforms the competition when it comes to cleaning sand, silt and debris from waste water lines. The heavy-duty, flat-bottomed design guarantees a more efficient clean which results in less time wasted from making multiple passes in the pipe.
This nozzle cleans medium to large sewer pipe by using high pressured water distributed through a manifold to rear jets. The jets are placed at optimum angles to fully sweep the pipe bottom.
It can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 24 to 60 inches.
*Flow straightener is available for this insert
