Commercial Nozzles:

Primary Commercial Nozzles are the first nozzles used to clean stoppages and blockages within commercial lines. They are used for unclean, unchecked, undone pipe and are run quickly through pipes to break blockages and level out piles of debris.

Commercial Nozzles include 1/2" nozzles and are used to clear blockages and flush lines for retail centers, large commercial properties, commercial buildings, campuses, etc.., The typical pipe range in which commercial nozzles are used vary from 4 to 12 inches. They are categorized into three steps and clean most effectively when used in our recommended series.

STEP 1: Primary Commercial Nozzles:

  • 1/2" Ellipse Penetrator Nozzle: A bullet style nozzle designed for greater thrust and penetrations through grease and hard soap. It can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 2 to 8 inches.

    - Can be equipped with 3 to 10 rear jets at a 15 degree angle
    - Part# 21-8
    - Rated for 8-25 gpm, up to 4000 psi
    - Can be requested without the forward jet

  • 1/2" Ice Grease Penetrator: A bullet style nozzle designed for greater thrust and penetration. It is equipped with three forward jets at 5° for powerful thrust through blockages. It is used in pipe sizes ranging from 2 to 8 inches.

    - Can be equipped with 3, 5 or 10 rear jets at a 15 degree angle, and 3 forward jets at a 5 degree angle
    - Part# 21-13
    - Rated for 8-25 gpm, up to 4000 psi
    - Can be requested without the forward jet

  • 1/2" Super Grenade Penetrator: A bullet-style, heavy-duty nozzle for mainline work used to break up obstructions. It has been engineered to stay on the bottom of the pipe. The water jets on this nozzle have replaceable carbide inserts for long service life. it can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 2 to 8 inches.

    - Can be equipped with 3 or 5 rear jets at a 15 degree angle
    - Part# 64-D
    - Rated for 8-25 gpm, up to 4000 psi
    - Can be requested without the forward jet
    - Uses carbide insert #SC12.
    - The SC12 nozzle insert is used in small nozzles and rotating blasters. (1/4" NF 1/8" Internal Hex Carbide).
    - Please specify hose size, flow rate and pressure of the nozzle

  • 1/2" Chisel: A great front penetrating nozzle for boring through blockages or blocked lines. Its streamline shape helps it to avoid hangups on offset joints and is easily retracted from sewer lines. It is crafted from heat treated alloy steel for durability, has yellow zinc plating for corrosion resistance and contains replaceable carbide inserts for long service life.

    - Can be equipped with 3 or 5 rear jets at a 20 degree angle, and 4 forward jets at a 5 degree angle
    - Please specify gpm and psi
    - Can be requested without the forward jet
    - Uses carbide insert #SC12 for the front inserts.
    - The SC12 nozzle insert is used in small nozzles and rotating blasters. (1/4" NF 1/8" Internal Hex Carbide).
    - Uses carbide insert #C12 for the rear inserts
    - Please specify hose size, flow rate and pressure of the nozzle

  • 1/2" Ultimate Penetrator: The original penetrating nozzle which combines high flow and weight. Extra weight allows this nozzle to sit on the pipe bottom and clear settled obstructions, such as soap and grease deposits. It is used to create a center path for a flushing nozzle in severe buildup situations, saving water and time. it can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 2 to 8 inches.

    - Can be equipped with 3 or 5 rear jets at a 10 degree angle
    - Part# 83-D
    - Can be requested without the forward jet
    - Rated for 8-25 gpm, up to 4000 psi
    - Uses carbide insert #SC12
    - The SC12 nozzle insert is used in small nozzles and rotating blasters. (1/4" NF 1/8" Internal Hex Carbide).
    - Please specify hose size, flow rate and pressure of the nozzle

STEP 2: Secondary Commercial Nozzles:

Secondary Commercial Nozzles are used to get up lines quickly. These nozzles have a wider angle than Primary Commercial Nozzles and are designed to flush out the debris from the pipe bottom. They are not designed to clean the entire circumference of the pipe.

  • 1/2" Grease Nozzle: A smooth, streamlined nozzle designed to penetrate and clear blockages. It is perfect for pipes with steeper grades and has replaceable carbide inserts for long service life.

    - Equipped with 5 rear jets at a 30 degrees
    - Part# 29
    - Rated for 10-25 gpm, up to 4000 psi
    - Can be requested without the forward jet
    - Uses carbide insert #C-13
    - The C13 nozzle insert is used in most Shamrock standard    inserted nozzles. (3/8" NF 3/8" Internal Hex Carbide)
    - *Flow straightener is available for this insert.

  • 1/2" High Flow Cobia® Nozzle: A multi-purpose nozzle used to clear sludge, mud and debris from the pipe bottom. It is machined from heat-treated alloy steel to offer corrosion resistance, low wear and high efficiency. Each water jet has a replaceable carbide insert which allows this nozzle to have a long service life.

    - Equipped with 6 rear jets at 20 degrees
    - Part# 107HF-D
    - Please specify gpm and psi
    - Can be requested without the forward jet
    - Uses carbide insert #SC-12 which is used in small nozzles and rotating blasters. (1/4" NF 1/8" Internal Hex    Carbide)
    - *Flow straightener is not available for this insert.

STEP 3: Tertiary Commercial Nozzles:

Tertiary Commercial Nozzles include cleaning and rotating nozzles. They are designed to clean the entire circumference of the pipe and should be used after running a Primary Commercial Nozzle and a Secondary Commercial Nozzle.

  • 1/2" Button Nozzle: A general purpose flushing nozzle designed for turns and bends in sanitary lines.

    - Can be equipped with 3 to 10 rear jets at a 30 degree angle
    - Part# 21-2
    - Rated for 8-25 gpm, up to 4000 psi
    - Can be requested without the forward jet

  • 1/2" Rotator: Features a dual application design to effectively clean small sewer pipes (4-12") and P-traps as small as 4 inches. It is made from hardened alloy and stainless steel. The design of this nozzle incorporates seven combination carbide jets. Four work in rotation to clean blockages, while three are used in thrust to increase nozzle performance. It can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 4 to 12 inches.

This nozzle can be inserted for pressures up to 7250 PSI and flow as low as 10 GPM @ 3000 PSI.
