High Pressure Commercial Nozzles (Shamrock)

Step 1: Primary Commercial Nozzles
The first nozzles used to clean stoppages, break blockages and level out piles of debris within commercial lines, like retail centers, large commercial properties, commercial buildings, and college campuses. Pipe ranges 4 to 12 inches. They are categorized into three steps and clean most effectively when used in our recommended series.

1/2" Ellipse Penetrator

A bullet style nozzle designed for penetrations through grease and hard soap.

Used in pipe sizes ranging from 2 to 8 inches.

1/2" Ice Grease Penetrator

A bullet style nozzle equipped with three forward jets at 5° for powerful thrust through blockages.

It can be used in pipe sizes ranging from 2 to 8 inches.

1/2" Tristar Chisel

A great front penetrating nozzle for boring through blockages or blocked lines.

Its streamline shape helps it to avoid hangups on offset joints and is easily retracted from sewer lines.

It is crafted from heat treated alloy steel for durability, has yellow zinc plating for corrosion resistance and contains replaceable carbide inserts for long service life.

1/2" Super Grenade Penetrator

A bullet-style, heavy-duty nozzle for mainline work used to break up obstructions.

It has been engineered to stay on the bottom of the pipe.

The water jets on this nozzle have replaceable carbide inserts for long service life.

Used in pipe sizes ranging from 2 to 8 inches.

1/2" Ultimate Penetrator

The original penetrating nozzle which combines high flow and weight.

Extra weight allows this nozzle to sit on the pipe bottom and clear settled obstructions, such as soap and grease deposits.

It is used to create a center path for a flushing nozzle in severe buildup situations, saving water and time.

Used in pipe sizes ranging from 2 to 8 inches.

Step 2: Secondary Commercial Nozzles
Used to get up lines quickly. These nozzles have a wider angle than Primary Commercial Nozzles and are designed to flush out the debris from the pipe bottom. They are not designed to clean the entire circumference of the pipe.

1/2" Grease Nozzle

A smooth, streamlined nozzle designed to penetrate and clear blockages.

It is perfect for pipes with steeper grades and has replaceable carbide inserts for long service life.

1/2" High Flow Cobia® Nozzle

A multi-purpose nozzle used to clear sludge, mud and debris from the pipe bottom. It is machined from heat-treated alloy steel to offer corrosion resistance, low wear and high efficiency. Each water jet has a replaceable carbide insert which allows this nozzle to have a long service life.

Step 3: Tertiary Commercial Nozzles
Includes cleaning and rotating nozzles. They are designed to clean the entire circumference of the pipe and should be used after running a Primary Commercial Nozzle and a Secondary Commercial Nozzle.

1/2" Button Nozzle

A general purpose flushing nozzle designed for turns and bends in sanitary lines.

1/2" Rotator

Clean small sewer pipes (4-12") and P-traps. Made from hardened alloy and stainless steel. Combination of 7 jets; 4 work in rotation to clean blockages, while 3 are used in thrust to increase nozzle performance. Pressures up to 7250 PSI; Min flow 10 GPM @ 3000 PSI. Uses carbide insert #SC12.
